CRP Instruction Evening
The Michael Linehan Heartsafe Killarney Group + Killarney Cardiac Response Unit/Killarney First Responders have come together to present a special night of instruction for HeartBeat Killarney Kerry on CPR [Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation].
THIS IS FOR and OPEN TO EVERYONE. PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW HOW TO DO CPR. If you do know CPR, but would like a refresher/ reminder, then this is also for you.
Things that you can learn on the night:
- What is CPR and when should I use it? [Hands on]
- CPR Saves Lives / How and Why.
- Cardiac Arrests can happen at home AND how can I tell whether someone is in cardiac arrest?
- You don’t need to be a specialist to perform CPR but you DO need training also tips on how not to panic/be afraid/BE PREPARED.
MEET US AT THE COMMUNITY ROOM BESIDE THE CHURCH OF THE RESURRECTION ON TUESDAY FEBRUARY 22nd. FIRST SESSION STARTS 8pm AND LAST SESSION 9pm SHARP.
Tea & Coffee after each session. Bring your own water.
