Our monthly online meetings for HeartBeat on Zoom continues on MONDAY 28TH JUNE.

Our speaker this month is Kevin Murphy, a Phase 4 Cardiac Rehab Exercise Instructor. Kevin is the ideal person to get us all moving safely out of lockdown again and he will present regimes for people at different levels of fitness and mobility.
